John O. Hennegan
John O. Hennegan was a judge on the Third Circuit Court for Baltimore County in Maryland.[1] He served as a judge from January 17, 1992 until his retirement from the court on November 8, 2009.[2]
Education
Hennegan received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in 1969 and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1974.[2]
Career
Hennegan worked as a health claims arbitrator from 1980 until 1992. He was also previously a partner at his firm of Romadka, Gontrum & Hennegan.[2]
