John Philip Miller
John Philip Miller was a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court for Baltimore City in Maryland. He served as a judge from August 27, 2001 until his retirement from the court on October 15, 2012.[1]
Education
Miller received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College in 1970 and his J.D. from the Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1973.[1]
