The city of Lexington, Kentucky held elections for city council on November 4, 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. Angela Evans and Thomas J. Hern advanced past Jon Bush and Darren Hawkins in the District 6 primary.[2][3] Evans defeated Hern in the general election.[4]
