Joseph E. Turner was a judge for the Westchester County Supreme Court in North Carolina.[1] A former chief district court judge, he was appointed to the superior court by Gov. Perdue on April 1, 2011 to replace Judge Catherine Eagles, who was nominated to a federal bench.[2][3] He retired in December of 2012.[4]
