Judicial Philosophy

I believe that my experience as a practitioner and a business owner makes me the ideal candidate for this position. I have tried numerous criminal jury trials over the last 16 years including two homicide trials. I have tried hundreds of family court cases. I find myself in court for hearings between 5 and 15 times per week. No other candidate can boast that kind of courtroom experience. I was so fortunate to practice on the county line (Jefferson and Dodge.) By doing so, I got to learn from so many great judges and lawyers from multiple counties. I am forever indebted to my former partners at the Neuberger law office for giving me my start. I feel like I have already attended the best judiciary school in the state.[2] - Joseph F. Fischer[7]
