Joseph Moran was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 16 of the Rhode Island State Senate.

Moran served as the police chief of Central Falls, but was let go due to budget cuts in September 2011.[1]

Moran ran in the 2012 election for Rhode Island State Senate District 16. He was defeated by incumbent Elizabeth Crowley in the Democratic primary on September 11.[2][3]
