Judi Carmona was an at-large representative on the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified Board of Education in California. She was first elected to the board in 2010.[1] Carmona did not seek re-election in 2020.

Three of the five seats on the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Board of Education were up for at-large general election on November 8, 2016. In their bids for re-election, incumbents Judi Carmona, Carol Downey, and Eric Padget defeated challengers Irene Yezbak, Susi Khan, and Helen Kingsbury.Yezbak, Khan, and Kingsbury ran together as part of the Parents for Placentia-Yorba Linda School Board slate.[2][3][4]

Carmona reported no contributions or expenditures to the Orange County Registrar of Voters as of November 1, 2016.[5]

Endorsements

Carmona was endorsed by the Association of Placentia-Linda Educators.[6]

2012

This election was canceled due to lack of opposition. Incumbents Judi Carmona, Carol Downey, and Eric Padget were re-elected by default.[7]
