Judith C. Cutler
Judith C. Cutler is the chief justice of the Massachusetts Land Courts in Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick in April 2009, and was appointed chief justice on November 15, 2013.[2][3] Cutler may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]
Education
Cutler received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, her master's in community planning from the University of Rhode Island, and her J.D. from the Suffolk University Law School.[3]
