Justice McHugh runs for re-election to the West Virginia Supreme Court

West Virginia: Justice Thomas E. McHugh is seeking re-election to the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia. He first judged on this court from 1980 through 1997. After Justice Joseph Albright's death in 2009, McHugh rejoined the Supreme Court to replace him. He will run in the upcoming May 11, 2010 election to retain his seat.[1]
