Kathryn M. Bailey

Kathryn M. Bailey is a probate and family court associate justice for the Worcester Probate and Family Court in Worcester County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick on July 23, 2014.[2] Bailey may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[3]
Education
Bailey received her undergraduate degree from Assumption College in 1993 and her J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 1996.[2]
Career
Prior to joining the court, Bailey worked as an attorney in private practice in Clinton, Massachusetts, specializing in family and probate court litigation.[2]
