Keith M. Sutherland
Keith M. Sutherland was a circuit court judge for the 12th Circuit Court in Missouri.[1] He retired at the end of his term in December 2012.[2]
Education
Judge Sutherland earned his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1967. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri–Columbia in 1973.[3]
Career
Sutherland served in the U.S. Army from 1969 to 1971. From 1973 to 1978 he practiced law in Warrenton. In 1974 he was elected prosecuting attorney of Warren County and re-elected in 1976. From 1978 to 1998 he served as an associate circuit judge of Warren County.[3]
