Ken Cowling

Ken Cowling was a Democratic representative in the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing District 2 from 2001 to 2006. Cowling died on March 2, 2020.[1]
Cowling ran for election to represent District 21 of the Arkansas State Senate in 2010. He lost in the primary on May 18, 2010.[2]
