Kenneth A. Talley is an associate judge for the Fourth District Court in Charles County, Maryland.[1] He has served as a judge on the court since May 29, 2009 and his current term expires in 2019.[2][3]

Education

Talley received his undergraduate degree in government and politics from the University of Maryland College Park in 1990 and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1993.[2]
