Kenneth W. Salinger is an associate justice for the Massachusetts Superior Courts.[1] He was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick (D) on June 13, 2012, to replace Judge Nancy Staffier Holtz. His nomination was confirmed by the Governor's Council on July 25, 2012, and Salinger was sworn into office in September 2012.[2][3] He may serve on the court until he turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]

Education

Salinger received his undergraduate degree from Tufts University in 1983 and his J.D. from the Harvard Law School in 1990.[2]
