Kent Gauchay

Kent Gauchay is a magistrate court judge for the 7th Judicial District in Idaho, serving Clark County. He was selected by the Seventh Judicial Magistrates Commission on May 12, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Penny Stanford.[1]
Biography
Gauchay earned an undergraduate degree from Idaho State University and a J.D. from the University of Idaho.[1]
At the time of his appointment to the bench, Gauchay was the prosecuting attorney for Clark County.[2] His professional experience also includes work as an attorney in private practice.[1]
