Education
Parker received his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1981. He graduated with his J.D. from Valparaiso University in 1984.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial appointment, Parker worked at the Jasper County State's Attorney's Office.[1]
