Kevin Mark Saxby is a judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court. His current term ends in 2029.

Saxby ran for re-election for judge of the Alaska Third District Superior Court. He won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.

Saxby was appointed in May 2012 by Gov. Sean Parnell (R).[1]

Education

Judge Saxby graduated from Lake Zurich High School in 1975 moving on to earn his B.S. in Forest Management from Colorado State University, College of Natural Resources in 1979. In 1986 he earned his J.D. from the University of Wyoming, College of Law.[2][3]

2012 appointment

In May 2012 Governor Sean Parnell appointed Saxby to a three-year term, saying:

“Mr. Saxby will be a productive member of the Anchorage Superior Court. He has demonstrated a commitment to public service which will serve him well on the bench.”[1] - Governor Sean Parnell[4]
