Kevin Umbaugh
Kevin Umbaugh was a 2014 Libertarian candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 6th Congressional District of South Carolina.[1] Kevin Umbaugh lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Biography
After graduating from Thomas Stone High School, Umbaugh earned admission to the United States Naval Academy and received his B.S. in history in 1988. He then joined the United States Air Force. He went on to earn his M.A. in human resource development from Webster University in 1994 and his M.A. in military operational arts and sciences from Air University in 2002.[2]
Professionally, Umbaugh served as an officer in the United States Air Force from 1988 to 2014. At the time of his candidacy, Umbaugh was working as a military analyst.[2]
