Laurence Doby
Laurence Doby ran for election to the Washington City Council. Doby did not appear on the ballot for the general election on November 5, 2019.
Doby withdrew from the race in Septemer 2019. He said he was moving out of the district and would be ineligible to hold the office if he was elected.[1]
