Lawrence Township Road & Fire District Levy Replacements, 2 (November 2011)

Two Lawrence Township Road & Fire District Levy Replacement measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Lawrence which is in Stark County.

Both measures were approved

The first measure sought to replace the current road levy for a period of five years in order to help pay for road, street and bridge maintenance costs in the township.

  • YES 1,658 (56.17%)Approveda
  • NO 1,294 (43.83%)

The second measure sought to replace the current fire levy for a period of five years in order to help pay for fire protection costs in the township.[1]

  • YES 1,955 (66.05%)Approveda
  • NO 1,005 (33.95%)[2]
