Linda S. Fidnick

Linda S. Fidnick is the first justice for the Hampshire Probate and Family Court in Hampshire County, Massachusetts.[1] She was nominated to the court by former Governor Deval Patrick in January 2008 and was confirmed by the Governor's Council in February 2008.[2][3] Fidnick may serve on the court until she turns the mandatory retirement age of 70.[4]
Education
Fidnick received her undergraduate degree from Smith College and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut.[5]
Career
Before she joined the Hampshire Probate and Family Court, Fidnick was a partner at the law firm of Burres, Fidnick & Booth in Amherst, Massachusetts.[2]
