Three of the seven seats on the Springfield School District 186 Board of Education were up for general election on April 7, 2015. The seats from Districts 2, 3 and 7 were on the ballot.

District 2 incumbent Adam Lopez and District 7 incumbent Chuck Flamini ran unopposed and won re-election. No incumbent filed to run in District 3, leaving the race to the following three candidates: Louis D. Day, Nicole Evans and Blake Handley. Handley won the seat.
