Louisiana Court of Appeals judge announces bid for re-election

Louisiana: Judge Robert Downing of the Louisiana 1st Circuit Court of Appeal has announced that he will be seeking re-election this year. He was elected to his current position in 2000 and served as a District Court judge before that. The primary election for Louisiana is October 2 of this year.^[1]
