The Louisiana Royalty Road Fund Amendment, also known as Amendment 30, was on the ballot in Louisiana on November 3, 1970, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was defeated. It proposed that parishes may fix interest rates of bonds issued under the royalty road fund.[1]
