M. Kenneth Long Jr.
M. Kenneth Long Jr. was an associate judge for the Washington County Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in Maryland.[1] He served in that position from February 2006 to June 2011 and from November 2016 until his retirement in May 2017.[2]
Long served as a circuit administrative judge for the Fourth Judicial Circuit from 2015 to 2016, a county administrative judge for the Washington County Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit from 2011 to 2016, and an associate judge for the Eleventh District Court from 2004 to 2006.[2]
Biography
Long earned his B.A. from Washington and Lee University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. His experience includes work as the state's attorney for Washington County and service in the U.S. Army Reserve and as a member of the Judicial Council's Court Access and Community Relations Committee, the State's Attorney's Coordination Council, and the Governor's Advisory Board for Justice Assistance.[2]
