Margaretta School District Levy Increase (August 2010)

A Margaretta School District Levy Increase measure was on the August 3, 2010 ballot in the Margaretta school district which is in Erie County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 1,099 (53.56%)Approveda
  • NO 953 (46.44%)[1]

This measure attempted again to gain voter approval of a levy increase of 6.9 mills for a further five years. The tax will raise about $12 million a year for the school district and will fund operational costs of the schools.[2]
