Mark A. Suagee was elected judge for the Cochise County Superior Court in Arizona. He is the public defender for Cochise County.

Suagee ran unopposed in the Democratic primary and defeated John F. Kelliher, Jr. in the general election, winning 56.06% of the vote.[1]
