Mark R. Gerhardt is a judge on the Twenty-Second Judicial Circuit Court in Illinois. He was first appointed to the court on March 4, 2011.[1]

Gerhardt was reappointed for a four-year in 2011 and again in 2015.[2][3] He was promoted from associate judge to circuit judge in 2019 to replace Sharon Prather.[4]

Education

Gerhardt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana, in 1990 and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in 1995.[1]

Career

Prior to joining the court, Gerhardt was an attorney in private practice.[1]
