Mark Rasmuson
Mark Rasmuson was judge for the Municipal Courts in North Dakota. He served on the court from 1978 to 2010.[1]
2010 election
Incumbent Mark Rasmuson lost to City Alderman Aaron Vibeto in the election for the Minot municipal court judgeship on June 8, 2010.[2][3]

Education
Rasmuson graduated from Minot High School in 1961 and attended Minot State College from 1961-1963. He graduated from NDSU in 1965 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics and Math and graduated from UND Law School in 1968 with a J.D.[4][5]
Professional career
Rasmuson previously worked in Minot as a criminal defense attorney and assistant city prosecutor. He works as a private practice lawyer.[2] He has had 36 years of experience practicing law. He was a member of Farhart, Rasmuson, Lian and Maxson, P.C. Law Firm for 17 years and has been in the sold practice of law since July 01, 1985.[4]
