Marmarie J. Kostelny is an associate judge on the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois.[1] She was reappointed in 2011 and 2015.[2][3]
Kostelny current presides over the Kane County Drug Court, where she recently presided over the 2013 Drug Court Graduation.[4][5] She unsuccessfully ran for election as a circuit judge to the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court Third Subcircuit in 2014.[6]
