Marsha L. Russell is an associate judge for the Eighth District Court in Baltimore County, Maryland. She was appointed to the court by Governor Martin O'Malley in July 2010 to replace Darryl G. Fletcher. Russell took office on August 18, 2010 and her current term expires in 2020.[1][2][3]

Education

Russell received her undergraduate degree in microbiology from Arizona State University in 1983 and her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1992.[4]
