Marvin P. Luckman was a judge on the Cook County 9th Subcircuit in Illinois. He was appointed in 1992.[1][2] He retired from the bench on December 2, 2018.

Luckman is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law.[1]

Career

Luckman worked in the Chicago Transit Authority’s Law Department prior to his judicial appointment in 1992. There, he was the managing attorney of the Criminal Traffic Division.[1]

2012 election

Luckman was retained on Nov. 6, 2012 with 75.2% of the vote.[3][4]
