Mary D. France was a federal bankruptcy judge for the United States bankruptcy court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. She was first appointed in March 2003 and she retired from the court on March 2, 2017.[1]

Education

Mary France earned her J.D. at Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University and her Bachelors with Accelerated Master's degree at Wake Forest University.[2]

Career

France served as the Assistant U. S. Trustee in the Middle District. As a Trustee, she lectured frequently on the role of the U. S. Trustee in the administration of bankruptcy cases.[3]
