Phair ran for re-election to the Madison Common Council to represent District 20 in Wisconsin. He lost in the general election on April 4, 2023.
Biography
Phair studied at Pacific University and Edgewood College.[1]
When he served on the city council, Phair's professional experience included working as a teacher for the Mount Horeb Area School District.[1]
