Shall the 1.28 acres of vacant property located on Wilson Mills Road and known as Permanent Parcel Nos. 831-39-010 and 831-39-009, be rezoned subject to a certain development agreement and deed restrictions placed upon it by agreement of the Village and the property owner, and to be recorded of record, from the current classification of U-1 Single Family Residential to Local Business be approved?[3] |
