The Menominee River Bridge Agreement is an agreement between Michigan and Wisconsin. Though the language of the agreement was ratified by the U.S. Congress in 1928, neither state enacted legislation to formally enter into an interstate compact. The agreement was used to build the bridge and would, potentially, be used to allocate maintenance costs.[1]
