Michael Betts
Michael Betts was a 2014 candidate for the 21st Judicial District in Louisiana.[1] Betts was defeated in the 2014 election by Jeff Johnson.[2]

Primary: He was successful in the primary on November 4, 2014, receiving 29.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Russell Beall and Jeff Johnson.
General: He was defeated in the general election on December 6, 2014, after receiving 38 percent of the vote. He competed against Jeff Johnson.

Betts received his B.S. in business administration and his J.D. from Louisiana State University.[5]
