Michael R. Montero

Michael R. Montero is a judge on the Sixth Judicial District Court in Nevada.[1] He was elected to the court in November 2008, and he joined the court on January 5, 2009.[2] He ran unopposed for re-election in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2021.[3][4][5]

Education
Montero graduated from Albert M. Lowry High School in 1984. He earned a B.S. degree in agriculture and resource economics from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. Montero received his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.[5]
Career
After completing law school, Montero practiced law with the firm Lemons, Grundy & Eisenberg. In 2006, he joined the Echeverria Law Office. Montero was elected to the Sixth Judicial District Court in November 2008.[5]
