A Milford City Emergency Levy Addition measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Milford which is in Clermont County.

This measure sought to add to the current fire and emergency levy by a rate of $1.05 per $100 of assessed property value for a further three years in order to continue to pay for fire apparatus maintenance costs as well as building site costs and paying firefighters in the city.[2]
