A Millcreek Township Police Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the township of Millcreek which is in Union County.

- NO 125 (33.88%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current police levy with one set at a rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:
A replacement levy for the benefit of Millcreek Township for the purpose of POLICE PROTECTION provided by the Union County Sheriff's Office at a rate not exceeding 2 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to $0.20 for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a period of five years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013.[3] |
