Two Minerva Village Park & Valleyview Levy Replacement measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the city of Worthington and the village of Riverlea which are in Franklin County.
Both measures were approved
The Minerva Park village measure sought to replace the current expenses levy with one set at a rate of $.32 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for current expenses in the village.
- YES 464 (68.44%)
- NO 214 (31.56%)
The Valleyview village measure sought to replace the current police levy with one set at a rate of $.60 per $100 of assessed property value for a continuing period of time in order to continue to pay for police protection services in the village.[1]
- YES 112 (70%)
