The Minnesota Cost of Road and Bridge Projects Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 8, 1910 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure permitted the state to assume half of the cost of any road or bridge project.[1]
