The Minnesota Legislative Sessions Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 4, 1873 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided for biennial sessions of the legislature as well as for a limit to session length.[1]
