The Minnesota Liability of Stockholders Amendment, also known as Amendment 3, was on the November 4, 1930 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the legislature to limit the liability of stockholders in corporations.[1]
