The Minnesota Provisions for Home Rule Amendment, also known as Amendment 1, was on the November 4, 1958 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was approved. The measure authorized the legislature to revise and consolidate provisions relating to local government, home rule and special laws.[1]
