The Minnesota Remove Time Limitations from Legislative Sessions Amendment, also known as Amendment 2, was on the November 8, 1881 ballot in Minnesota as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have removed time limitations on legislative session length.[1]
