Monroe Sunday Alcohol Question (November 2011)

A Monroe Sunday Alcohol Questions was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the village of Monroe which is in Richland County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 441 (71.59%)Approveda
  • NO 175 (28.41%)[1]

There were originally four of measures which sought to allow the sale of beer and wine till midnight on Sundays in the specified areas.[2] All but the Monroe question were removed from the ballot as the other three measures did not have the needed signatures required to validate their proposed petitions.[3]
