A New Madison Library District Library Levy Addition measure was on the May 3, 2011 ballot in the New Madison library district, which is in Darke County.

This measure was approved

  • YES 378 (71.32%)Approveda
  • NO 152 (52.84%)[1]

This measure sought to add to the current library levy by a rate of 1.5 mills for a further five years in order to help pay for current expenses in the library district.[2]
