Strong, healthy families are number one indicator of success in education and reducing crime. Incentivize the millennial generation through tax incentives to get married, raise children, and stay together as a family.

Return to community policing. Six officers commit to a designated to every precinct in Albuquerque metro area for at least two years.Two officers patrol precinct for 8 hour shifts 24/7. Phone system initiated so that precinct constituents' calls are routed directly to precinct officers. Precincts officers patrol precinct, gain knowledge of demographic, get to know neighbors and businesses and collectively take ownership of precincts along with residents.

Commit to resolve homelessness. Every dollar spent should be directed toward mental health care facilities and drug rehabilitation. Shelter first, housing second.
Strong families, resolving homelessness, and significantly reducing violent and petty crime in NM HD11.
