Norman Kennard
Norman Kennard is a former member of the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. He was appointed to the commission by Governor Tom Wolf (D) on October 27, 2017, and confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate on November 14, 2017.[1]
Biography
Prior to his appointment to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, Kennard served as counsel to former commissioner Robert Powelson. Before joining the commission as legal counsel, Kennard worked in private legal practice for more than thirty years.[1]

Kennard was appointed to the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission by Governor Tom Wolf (D) on October 27, 2017, and confirmed by the Pennsylvania State Senate on November 14, 2017. Kennard's current term is set to expire on March 31, 2019.[1] He was appointed to replace former commissioner Robert Powelson, who resigned in August 2017 in order to become a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
